Tom Hiddleston will headline the new limited series The White Darkness for Apple TV+. Executive producer Hiddleston will portray Henry Worsley, a devoted husband father and former soldier. The series is based on the nonfiction book by David Grann that depicts Worsley’s adventure crossing Antarctica. Other recent projects for Hiddleston include The Essex Serpent (Apple TV+) slated for May 2022, and White Stork (Netflix, nee AMC “Spadehead”) in postproduction.
